Typically 24–48 hours depending on temperature and humidity. We’ll give you a precise window and barricade the work area until it’s ready for traffic.
When is the best time of year to pave or seal in NC?
Late spring through early fall is ideal - surface temps above 50°F and dry. We schedule sealcoat and striping around weather to protect the finish.
Do you handle ADA-compliant striping?
Yes - accessible stall layout, hash markings, signage and ramps. We re-stripe to current ADA and local code so you pass inspection.
Can you work around our business hours?
Absolutely. We routinely run nights and weekends for retail, medical and warehouse clients to keep tenants and customers moving.
